Every project starts with a consultation about your book: a short synopsis, trim size, genre, and the look that suits it.

Using licensed stock photography or vector illustration and a wide range of type, I design a one-of-a-kind cover. You get up to three low-resolution concepts to choose from, and the one you pick becomes the final design.

Interior formatting

from $200+

The inside of your book matters as much as the cover. With one designer on both, the book stays consistent inside and out, and a properly built eBook keeps readers from leaving bad reviews over layout problems.

Formatting is not proofreading. Send a fully edited manuscript to avoid extra charges. Books with frequent inline images are quoted separately.

Editing

By appointment through a trusted subcontractor. Editing takes time, so inquire early. You’ll hear about any additional charges before they happen.

Copyediting covers spelling, grammar, syntax and basic style. Alpha reading is a conversation about plot, character, theme and pacing. Full content editing combines both, at 10% off.
